Your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn't quite right with your Hanynest order, we're here to make the return process as smooth and straightforward as possible. Please read through the details below so you know exactly what to expect.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered. This applies to both change-of-mind returns (buyer's remorse) and items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. During certain holiday seasons, we may extend this return window — if applicable, any seasonal extension will be announced separately on our site.

Item Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and uninstalled
  • In their original packaging
  • With all original tags and materials intact
  • Free of visible wear, damage, or alteration caused after delivery

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality-control reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Panels that have been cut, trimmed, or altered in any way
  • Panels that have been installed, mounted, or had adhesive backing removed and applied
  • Items missing their original packaging or documentation

Who Pays Return Shipping

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Hanynest covers the full cost of return shipping, and we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label at no charge to you.
  • Buyer's remorse returns (non-defective items): the customer is responsible for arranging and covering their own return shipping cost.

In either case, we never charge a restocking fee or any additional handling fee for processing your return.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team by email at service@hanynest.com or by phone at +1 424-445-5015 within 30 calendar days of delivery, including your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and confirm your return eligibility, along with next steps (including a prepaid shipping label if your item qualifies).
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the return address provided by our team.
  4. Once we receive your return, our warehouse will inspect the item within 2-3 calendar days to confirm it meets the return conditions above.

Refund Timeline

Once your returned item has been received and passes inspection, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
