At Hanynest, we want your wall panels to arrive safely and on time. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and deliver your order.

Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, our team gets to work right away. Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days before they leave our warehouse. Please note that processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

Order Cutoff Time

We do our best to get orders out the door quickly. Orders placed before 4:00 PM (PT) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM (PT), as well as orders placed on weekends or holidays, will be processed on the next available business day.

Shipping Destinations

Currently, Hanynest ships exclusively within the contiguous United States (the 48 connected states). At this time, we're unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, offshore islands, military addresses (APO/FPO), or any destination outside the United States. We know this isn't ideal for everyone, and we're working on expanding our shipping coverage in the future.

Shipping Fees

We keep our shipping pricing simple and transparent:

  • Orders between $0.01 and $39.99: a flat shipping fee of $6.99 applies
  • Orders of $40.00 or more: shipping is on us — completely free

Please note that free and flat-rate shipping applies only to addresses within the contiguous United States, as outlined in our shipping destinations above.

Shipping Time & Estimated Delivery

Here's exactly how your total delivery timeline breaks down:

  • Order Processing Time: 1-3 business days
  • Shipping Time (Contiguous U.S.): 5-10 business days
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6-13 business days (processing time + shipping time combined)

Keep in mind this total estimate does not include weekends, public holidays, or unexpected delays such as high-volume seasons or carrier disruptions — these may extend the delivery window slightly.

Where We Ship From

All Hanynest orders are shipped directly from our warehouse located in the United States, so you won't need to worry about customs delays or international shipping surprises.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can check the status of your delivery anytime at 17TRACK.
